The Nordnes Park was built from 1888-98. Here you may enjoy park life with a sea view, and see a totem pole given to Bergen by its friendship city Seattle. Perhaps you might like to go for a swim in the sea or the outdoor swimming pool at Nordnes Sjøbad. Nearby you will also find Bergen Aquarium, The Institute of Marine Research and the cultural centre USF Verftet.
