Welcome to the SiB Sports Departement Physical activity is good for both body and mind: students who exercise regularly perform better on exams than those who do not. Physical activity boosts your mood and gives you the energy you need for those extra-curricular activities which are a vital part of student life.
SiB runs five well-equipped, state-of-the-art sports and fitness centres which offer reasonable membership rates for students. The centres offer a wide range of activities, so everyone should be able to find one that they enjoy.
Facilities and activities include:
- Gymnasiums with weightlifting and cardio training equipment
- A great variety of workout classes and spinning classes
- Climbing walls and bouldering rooms
- Squash courts
- Facilities for a wide variety of team sports and ball games
- A swimming pool
- Sun beds
